Strategy Product Manager

The Role

We are hiring a Strategy Product Manager to lead product direction from planning through execution. This role focuses on defining product strategy for E-commerce automation solutions, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring products deliver clear business and user value.

You will translate business objectives into actionable product plans while driving execution across design, engineering, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
  • Develop and maintain clear product roadmaps and execution plans
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications
  • Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver product initiatives
  • Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and timelines
  • Track product performance using KPIs and data insights
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Identify scalability, usability, and performance improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong experience in product strategy and roadmap ownership
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions
  • Strong documentation, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced digital or e-commerce environments
