Growth Marketing Manager

The Role

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager specially for amazon PPC campaign to lead acquisition and retention strategies across multiple digital channels. This role focuses on designing and operationalizing growth frameworks that scale performance and maximize customer lifetime value.

You will oversee cross-channel campaigns, optimize funnels, and guide teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing plans with measurable KPIs
  • Lead paid acquisition strategies across search, social, and display channels
  • Optimize conversion funnels using data analysis and experimentation
  • Establish retention campaigns to increase repeat engagement and customer loyalty
  • Coordinate with product, creative, and analytics teams for integrated execution
  • Monitor performance and budget metrics, adjusting strategy as needed
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members
  • Prepare executive summaries and performance insights for stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven track record in digital marketing and growth execution
  • Strong command of analytics platforms and performance tools
  • Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns

Preferred

  • Mid-to-Senior level (5+ years of marketing experience with leadership exposure)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to scale marketing performance in e-commerce environments
